SynergyLand Launches NFT Crafting Station: Everything You Need to Know

SynergyLand Crafting Station Available

SynergyLand launches their crafting station tomorrow (November 20th) on their website. The short version of what this means is that holders of SynergyLand NFTs will be able to stake some of their NFTs and, in the process, will hope to be able to craft brand new SynergyLand NFTs, which will have utility/value. I use the word ‘hope’ because there will be a finite number of NFTs available in each season (season = month), which will be distributed on a first-come-first-served basis to those who can finish their crafting the fastest.

At least two types of NFTs will be required to undertake crafting – probably a Synergian NFT (the genesis NFT) and a charge of Ether from the crafting tools range of NFTs. It’s possible that a Badge NFT can also be used for staking, and one of the different types of Hammer tool NFTs can also be used to boost the rarity of the NFT that is being crafted. The Ether is a definite requirement to enable crafting, and so is at least one of the main NFTs.

Crafting Process Overview

For anybody not familiar with all of this, I will explain more below. Still, the video just below also provides some more interesting information about crafting (mainly in the Q&A towards the end) and also recent progress made with the game, which is currently in pre-Alpha mode and scheduled for full release in Q4 2024.

The crafting station will allow those holding NFTs to stake them in return for the chance to craft a new NFT. There will be a pool of these new NFTs, which will be distributed on a first-come-first-served basis, so the fastest to finish the staking task will gain one of the prizes. In the future, it will be possible to speed up the process using the SNG token, but this hasn’t been launched yet, and the TGE is coming sometime before the end of Q4 2023. The other way to speed up crafting is by stacking NFTs with the traits whichthat been requested in that season.

Seasonal Crafting Limits

Holders can only craft one NFT at a time per wallet, so if they hold a lot of NFTs and want to try and simultaneously craft more than one NF simultaneouslyT, they will need to move enough of their NFTs to a different wallet to do so. The crafting will be conducted in seasons, which will each be a month long, and new/different NFTs will be available to be crafted within each season.

SynergyLan has promised that in the first season, there will be an exclusive NFT available for crafting that will never be available again. In the future, the NFTs to be produced from crafting will typically be NFTS such as Pets, but there haven’t been many clues about what will be crafted in these early stages, except that some Badges will at some point be able to be crafted.

Based on the images that were shown of the crafting station, it looks like there will be between three and six main ‘berths’ which will need to be filled by having an NFT staked in them, and three other berths. These three to six main berths will typically require a Synergian NFT (or badge or pet) with certain traits.

If a holder has the exact traits required, then they can craft at the maximum speed. If the traits are close to what is required but not an exact fit (for example less rare) then they will craft at a slower pace overall, but not as slow as if the traits are quite different, although it is assumed that any Synergian NFT at all can be staked even if they don’t match the required traits. It is also assumed that if somebody can only fill a percentage of the berths (for example if six NFTs are required, but they only hold three) then they can still craft, but it will be more slowly than somebody with a better selection of more suitable NFTs or one who fills all of the berths.

Optional Staking Slots

There will also be two to three other berths (three when SNG is available, two for now) – a berth for staking SNG (in the future, the SNG will speed up the process), another for staking Ether (one charge of Ether is required to be staked for crafting or the crafting cannot commence) and one more for staking a Hammer to boost rarity. The NFTs in the main six berths are always returned after crafting, the three in the others are not returned but are burnt if staking successfully produces an NFT.

Crafting Rewards Rules

If the person stakes successfully and produces a new NFT, then the Synergian and Badge NFTs will be unstaked and returne but the Hammer, EtEther,r and SNG will be burnt by the Crafting Station and won’t be retur;ed, this will be the cost of producing the new NFT. If they stake but are not quick enough to craft an NFT based upon the first-come-first-served rule, then their hammer, Ethe,r and SNG will be returned.

There is plenty that we still don’t know for sure, but a lot will be revealed tomorrow when staking commences. I am looking forward to seeing what can be achieved with this exciting development and I have been personally building up my empire of Synergian NFTtoto take advantage of all of the great perks offered to NFT holders by SynergyLand which not only has a fantastic team and Discord community, but in my opinion is in the process of building one of the most (if not the most) exciting new games in the Play To Earn (P2E) space.
